A little about me
- A PhD in food product development. This is unique within the industry. Demonstrating expert level knowledge in ingredient manufacturing, product safety, development techniques, product quality analysis & consumer studies. Feel free to read it for yourself.
- Over 10 years experience in the food industry working across the product development and technical function.
- Experience across a very broad product category portfolio spanning from cupboard staples and ready meals, to functional health foods and stretching as far as novel foods using insects. See the previous projects page for more examples.
- Knowledge spanning from Farm to Fork and in some cases back again.
- Spent many years building best in class resources to support all aspects of the food industry.
- Certifications in HACCP, Food Safety, Auditing, Poultry Welfare and Legal Labelling.
